- User centered approach to design where possible.
- Rewrite reusable and modular code.
- Create imagery that is reusable and scalable wherever I can.
- Comment well, where time permits.
- Form follows function.
- Follow best practices.
- Work around cross browser issues and develop for the broadest audience necessary.
- Push the envelope but don't push to the detriment of the client.
- Advance my professional opinion but know that it's a collaborate activity and let others contribute.
- Prioritize and grab the low hanging fruit first.
- Play well with other departments and get their buy-in if possible.
- Treat others the way I would like to be treated.
- Take the time to constantly learn and grow.
- Anticipate and talk through problems.
- Do what it takes to get the job done one way or another.
